Location
Doubletree Lake Estates is situated just 60 minutes southeast of downtown Chicago in Winfield, Indiana. It’s conveniently located six miles southeast of the I-65 / US-30 intersection (just north of Lakes of the Four Seasons). Another I-65 exchange is planned for 109th Ave allowing even greater access to quick travel.

A new business district has been built at the intersection of 109th Avenue and Randolph Street--adjacent to Doubletree Lake Estates. A private road connecting to the Doubletree Shopping Center affords all residents quick access to all shopping areas without entering public streets.

Retailing in the Doubletree Shopping Center focuses on serving day-to-day consumer needs conveniently. Included in the center are a medical center, pharmacy, and dental office, as well as a 45,000 sq. ft. gourmet supermarket, several specialty shops and restaurants, a lounge, a video store, a florist, a
dance studio, automotive services, and a well known banking franchise.
Northwest Indiana’s largest shopping district which includes Westfield Mall Southlake and The Crossings is just six miles away. Recognized lodging properties and hundreds of stores and restaurants are located near the intersection of US Highways 30 and I-65 which offer residents a virtual myriad of specialty choices.
