Do I need to make an appointment to view Doubletree?
It is recommend you make an appointment with Doubletree, but not necessary. You may visit Doubletree from 12-4pm on Saturdays and Sundays, which are our normal open house hours. Be prepared to show identification at the guard house and fill out a simple questionnaire.
What are the Open House hours?
New construction homes for sale in Doubletree are encouraged to open at least from 12-4pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Construction FAQ's
I'm ready to build my home, what's first?
First, you need architectural approval. Download the Request for Architecural Review form and complete in its entirety.
Why is there a $1000 deposit due at Architecural Review?
The fully refundable deposit is required for each new construction in Doubletree. The deposit guarantees you will complete construction as submitted in architectural plans and that the site will be clean and acceptable when finished.
Security FAQ's
What does "Gated Community" mean?
Doubletree is gated in the sense that entrances either require a special resident pass to enter or are attended by a security officer to ensure those entering are permitted to do so.
Lake FAQ's
Are there fish in Doubletree Lake?
Yes. The lake has been stocked with several game fish. Many fisherman have reported significant catches. We recommend you follow catch and release guidelines.
