POA Grievance Committee

Committee meets the 4th Thursday of each month, unless no grievance is scheduled.

Note: Special meetings may occur from time to time for unspecified reasons.

Committee's objective: The POA Grievance Committee hears resident violation grievances.

Security Committee

Committee meetings quarterly.

Committee's objective: The Security Committee meets to review, discuss, and implement security measures to better serve the community.

Subdivision Beautification Committee

Committee's objective: The Subdivision Beautification Committee objective is to protect and enhance the property values of Doubletree through identification of needs and implementation of solutions as they are related to overall subdivision beautification.

In addition, the committee has implemented the "yard of the month" club.

Lake Committee

Committee meets monthly.

Committee's objective: The Lake Committee meets to review, discuss, and implement safety measures, special events, lake cleanliness, and much more.

Architectural Review Committee

Committee meets as needed

Committee's objective: Review of Architectural Plans for construction in Doubletree Lake Estates, East & West.

Committee is full.

POA Budget Committee

Committee meets quarterly

Committee's objective: Budgeting of POA expenses.

Special Events Committee

Committee meets monthly.

Committee's objective: The Special Events committee's objective is to create and promote special events to better enhance our community/developement.

To date the committee has implement a neighborhood-wide garage sale, back-to-school event, Halloween Party, and Winter Holiday Special Event.
