When will the front entrance be completed?
The front entrance enhancement project is underway. A preliminary plan includes a welcome monument, fountains, and flags. The plan will be shared with the Community Beautification Committee prior to finalizing.
Lake FAQ's
Where do I purchase a boat permit?
At the Doubletree Offices at 10110 Randolph Street. You will need a current boat registration, proof of insurance, and funds to pay for permit. It is recommend you call ahead to make an appointment.
Security FAQ's
Who do I call in an emergency?
Emergencies require you call 911 which will be a direct connection to Lake County's Sheriff's Department. The non-emergency number to our security department is (219) 947-4440.
Maintenance FAQ's
Who cuts my vacant lot.
Each lot owner is responsible for cutting own lot. If a lot remains uncut and the POA make a decision to complete this maintenance for the better of the community the charge will be $75 per cut (8-12" of growth) or $150 per cut if the growth exceeds 12".
